1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDERING AND DELIVERY

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING HERE

1.1 By ordering a product in the www.carneoldesign.com online webshop every customer declares that they accept these terms and conditions and understand the process of ordering a product.

You can order through the www.carneoldesign.com webshop, via e-mail using the office@carneol.hu e-mail address, or via phone calls using this number: +36 70 632 7504.

If you want to order through e-mail or by phone call, we ask you to provide these:

  • the name of the person ordering
  • delivery and billing address
  • the name and number of ordered products
  • your active e-mail address
  • active telephone number
  • whether you want to pick up your products personally or want them delivered

After every order placed in our webshop our system sends an automatic notification about the fact that we received the order, with which we notify our customer about that our system received and stored the order. This message is available independently from our stock levels, it arrives after each order placed in our webshop to the electronic mailbox of the person who ordered the product(s).

After receiving the order, we notify our customers electronically about the expected delivery time of the ordered products within 2 workdays.

1.3 DPD Hungária Ltd. delivery service conducts the delivery of the products of the Carneoldesign online webshop nationwide. You can request that your product be delivered to a PICK-PACK package point.

1.3.1 Normal delivery time: 2 to 10 days (normal delivery times can be shortened if choosing personal receipt). In case the product is in stock we fulfil the order within 2 to 3 days, if we have to produce the product, you will receive your product within maximum of 10 days.

1.3.2 In case of products, which have a unique delivery time, the usual delivery time may change, about which we inform our customers in every case, when sending the order’s confirmation.

1.3.3. In case the product in question is not in stock at the time of receiving the order, the Carneoldesign online webshop sends a notification about the expected delivery time of the product.

1.3.4 We deliver the products ordered in the Carneoldesign online webshop in factory break-proof packaging.

1.4 The delivery fee of products ordered in the Carneoldesign online webshop in Hungary is free above 5000 HUF cart value.

Delivery to a Pick-Pack point under 5000 HUF cart value (up to max. 50 inches big products) 690 HUF

If you want to pay cash on delivery, there is a COD cost, which will be charged: 400 HUF.

If by certain products you find a note about delivery fees different from the usual ones, the note is effective.

The Carneoldesign online webshop does not charge packaging fees for received orders.

1.5 The products ordered in the Carneoldesign online webshop can be paid for upon ordering (see: terms of payment) or with COD, in case of delivery by delivery service it is to be paid to the deliverer, in case of personal receipt in cash.

1.6 Before delivery the Carneoldesign online webshop sends a notification to the customer about the expected delivery time. It is the customer’s responsibility to either ensure the receipt of the package within the time period specified in the letter, at the place given and confirmed in the order, or to notify us either through e-mail or phone, that the time or place of delivery is not satisfactory within 24 hours before the order’s delivery.

1.7 The customer is obligated to check whether the product was damaged when it is delivered. If there are any doubts regarding the state of the product, please do not receive the product or make an uncut video recording about the unpackaging of the product.

1.8 In case the receipt of the product is unsuccessful upon delivery, the deliverer leaves a notification about this fact, after which the delivery of the package will be attempted again at the most on two occasions.

1.9 These terms and conditions do not apply to deliveries into foreign countries.

1.10 In case of orders, which requested personal receipt, you can receive your product at the webshop’s registered place of business (2120. Dunakeszi, Repülőtéri St. 1.), where our company stores the product for one week, we notify our customers before the one week is out, at a date, which you previously specified and negotiated with the Carneoldesign online webshop’s customer service. If we do not get a reply for the notificationabout the recipt of the order either electronically or via phone or the order is not received within the deadline, the products are deemed to be ‘for sale’ again and the order is deleted.

1.11 In case of delayed delivery or unsuccessful delivery Carneol Ltd. is NOT obligated to pay compensations.

You can pick up your delivery in our service center office, without paying delivery fees, but only after fixing the date previously.

(We don’t conduct distribution or product shows in our service center office, the Carneoldesign online webshop only fulfills online orders here).

2.3 The delivery of the products ordered in the Carneoldesign online webshop is conducted mainly by DPD Hungária Ltd., depending on the country. In certain countries, we use the services of the DHL delivery service.

2.3.1 Normal delivery time: 3 to 14 days (normal delivery times can be shortened if choosing personal receipt). If the product in question is in stock we fulfil the order within 2 to 3 days, if we have to produce the product, you will receive it within the maximum of 14 days. The delivery time of orders coming from non-EU members or from overseas can be different from this, our customer service will negotiate this previously.

2.3.2 In case of products, which have a unique delivery time, the usual delivery time may change, about which we inform our customers in every case, when sending the order’s confirmation.

2.3.3. In case the product in question is not in stock at the time of receiving the order, the Carneoldesign online webshop sends a notification about the expected delivery time of the product.

2.3.4 We deliver the products ordered in the Carneoldesign online webshop in factory break-proof packaging.

2.4 We are delivering to the following countries, the shipping fees are the following, listed by country:

Other countries request our custom delivery offer

*Overseas, Norway, Switzerland, Bosnia and Serbia: please contact us via e-mail, because we will provide you with a custom delivery offer.

**In case of delivering to Greece, to the island of Crete there is an additional charge of 3.6 Euros beyond the original delivery fee, in case of delivering to the other islands this additional charge is 11 Euros.

Sum of cash on delivery: + 2 €

ordering 2 products at the same time: original delivery fee + 10%

ordering 3 products at the same time: original delivery fee + 15%

ordering 4 products at the same time: original delivery fee + 20%

If by certain products you find a note about delivery fees different from the usual ones, the note is effective.
